● On 5 October, a PI will look at disciplinary action against Warrington-based JA and VC Fryer. The TC will also look at the transport manager’s repute.
● R&B Transport (NW), based in Morecambe, will appear before the TC on 5 October. Disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the transport manager, will be discussed.
● Disciplinary action against Oldham-based Cowlings Transport, and the transport manager’s repute, will be considered at a PI on 10 October.
● A PI on 14 October will look at a new application from Sutton Roofing Supplies.
Cardiff
● Abergavenny-based Len Davies will attend a PI on 11 October, at which disciplinary action will be discussed.
