DHL SUPPLY Chain has had a condition attached to its licence regarding its Owens Corning operating centre. All vehicles entering or leaving the Owens Corning site in Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran shall do so only by the route along the western section of Chapel Lane to the Avondale Road Junction at the trafic lights, and then north along Avondale Road to the roundabout with the A4051 at Cwmbran Drive.
