Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• American giant Rockwell International will invest over $600 million in its automative division over the next five years, says corporate chairman and chief executive Donald Beall.

A 27% jump in the division's sales last year has encouraged the move. As the BI-B bomber programme ends (aerospace earnings fell by 33%), Rockwell sees the truck and car components market as a lucrative expansion area.

Beall plans to restructure Rockwell's light vehicle businesses in Europe, buy up the Frencti company Soma and assume full ownership of major axle businesses in Brazil and Italy.
