THE FIRST of Scottish Bus Group's 1979 intake of Leyland National single-deckers were delivered this month.

The 11.3m A-Series Nationals have gone to Alexander (Fife) and are being followed by similar vehicles for Alexander (Midland) and Eastern Scottish.

V-Series 10.3 rural specification examples for Midland are also expected this year, although they form part of the 1979 programme.
