Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Luton, Beds.

THERE are no full-size Commer passenger chassis but there are 12-seat bus versions of the firm's 1500 and 2500 vans. And there have been applications of goods chassis made by Commer to p.s.v. use particularly in export markets.

Mechanically the 1500 and 2500 van chassis are the same; they are designed for 15cwt and 1 ton loads when produced as vans. There are petroland diesel-engine options, a Rootes 1724cc 62 b.h.p. petrol or a Perkins 4.108 52 b.h.p. diesel. Standard transmission is through the four-speed synchromesh gearbox but Borg Warner 35 automatic transmission is available in the 1500 and in certain cases on the 2500.
