A TOOL has been specially designed by Pickavant for fitting and removing buttended circlips. The type number is JWP 380 and the jaws of the tool are operated by a screw. As a result, there are advantages over conventional circlip pliers particularly when circlips are situated in awkward places. Made by: J. W. Pickavant and Co. Ltd., Whitmore St., Birmingham, 18.
