THE Transport Tribunal's summer recess ends next month.
On October 3 an appeal by the Transport Holding Company will be heard against a decision by North Western LA Mr. C. R. Hodgson, who granted a B licence to Cherringham (Skelmersdale) Ltd., for an articulated loader to carry earth-moving machinery.
On October 11, F. M. Stobbart appeals against an amended grant by Northern LA Mr. J. T. Hanlon.
Mr. Stobbart had asked for authority to vary his licence to carry livestock for two named customers within 100 miles of base.
The radius was confined to 10 miles, (in line with that specified on the original licence).
