Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THIS is one of two specially designed semitrailers being supplied to John Laing Construction Ltd. Each will carry loads up to 50 tons—including trenchers and pipe-laying equipment—on the North Sea gas pipeline project.

Height of the semi-trailers above the rear bogie wheels had to be kept within 3ft lin. When access to the tyres is necessary, central pins which locate each axle are removed, the chassis is jacked up, and the hinged tail lifted 10 in. The bogies can then be rolled out at the rear.

Overall semi-trailer length is 44ft; overall width, 12ft; and unladen weight 15.2 tons.
