MR. C. THACKER has been appointed deputy chairman of the-Ford Motor Co., Ltd., Dagenham. He will also continue as managing director, a position he has held since 1957. Mr. J. A. Barke has been appointed assistant managing director with responsibility for the operating . groups and divisions and for all • central staff activities.
