Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Doncaster trailer manufacturer Montracon has acquired a partial share of Pacton BV of Ommen, Holland, and will share its marketing, engineering and product development expertise on a reciprocal basis.

Montracon will sell Pacton trailers in the UK, and the Dutch company will offer Montracon products in continental Europe, including machinery carriers, aluminium and GRP box vans and rolling bogie skeletals. Montracon has a joint production capacity of 7,000 units, and its managing director Michael Knott sees the move as a way of strengthening its service to customers operating on Pan-European logistics services.

Both companies will also offer shared after-sales back-up, parts supply, maintenance and breakdown support.
