N EW HAZARD TRAINING CENTRES • Three more centres now offer Hazpak training for drivers. New regulations mean that all drivers carrying hazardous goods must undergo formal training before April 1988.
Courses at the centres, in Hereford, Hull and Grimsby, are run by the Road Transport Industry Training Board.
