Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Another farewell this week to part of the Manx Electric Railway. Since the late 1800s the Manx trains have trundled noisily and perhaps not too comfortably over the island's coastal route from Douglas to Ramsey. Half the route has now been closed, that section from Laxey onwards, and I'm told that only if sufficient public interest is shown will there be any hope of resurrection. If you feel strongly enough about it to support a petition write to MERCP, "Tynwald", Wolverhampton Road, Penkridge, Stafford.
