Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Handbook gives a detailed account of information the trucker should know, from the very basic to the more detailed implications of the law.

It contains three main sec tions which cover rules affecting the driver, rules affecting the driver and his vehicle and rules affecting the driver and his vehicle on the road.

There is also a section on driving abroad covering requirements such as licences, permits and Carnets. A detailed explanation of the EEC record book is also included.

The new minimum age limits are outlined as are the new requirements for the HGV driving licence following the April changes.
