• Transport Development Group Ltd has acquired the entire issued share capital of Reliance Motors (Sale) Ltd of Elm Grove, Sale, Cheshire.
The company, which has a fleet of 41 tanker vehicles providing contract and other specialized services in the Manchester area, will continue under the direction of the present managing. director, Mr T. W. Seddon.
The consideration for the acquisition consisted of the issue, credited as fully paid, of 475,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each of Transport Development Group Lid.
