This may well have a major effect on electrical wiring in British vehicles as it can considerably simplify complex vehicle harnesses. With Flexprint, the printed circuit configuration is permanently bonded between two flexible films of insulating plastics—this means that it can be bent. shaped. rolled or folded—so enabling a single component to replace a mass of conventional wiring.

Another new exhibit on this stand is a slop-light indicator designed to fit under the edge of a facia panel or parcels shelf. The unit comprises a load sensitive relay and bulb with a cover bearing the word " stop " which, provided both stop lights are working, is illuminated red when pressure is applied to the hrake pedal.
