Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE firm of J. E. Cartwright (Haulage) Ltd., of Selly Oak, Birmingham, has been acquired by British Road Services. The acquisition also embraces Roy Transport Ltd., Anslow-s (Midland Transport) Ltd. and Alvagreen Transport Ltd., all subsidiaries of Cartwright. This group of companies operates a fleet of 50 vehicles, mainly engaged in the car industry.

Mr. F. Collins, West Midland district manager of BRS, has been appointed chairman of Cartwright and has been joined on the board by two fellow district managers, Mr. A. T. G. Scott (South Midland) and Mr. E. T. S. Croker (South Wales). Mrs. Jessie Cartwright. widow of the late managing director, Mr. John E. Cartwright, continues to serve as a director.

J. E. Cartwright (Haulage) Ltd. will continue to operate under that name and from the same address, and the same customer service will be maintained.
