Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OFFICERS FROM the West Midlands police force’s Central Motorway Police Group (CMPG) are to pose as lorry drivers as they go undercover to tackle freight crime.

The CMPG will be using an unmarked Scania fitted with specialist crime-fighting equipment to monitor both suspected criminals looking for lorry loads to steal and LGV drivers breaking the law.

The LGV will visit lorry parks, lay-bys, service stations and patrol the 450 miles of West Midlands’ motorway. The force said a similar operation last year saw “numerous suspects arrested for serious offences”.
