Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRG LOGISTICS is to launch an apprenticeship scheme and expand the number of full-time driver contracts it offers agency drivers. It said 378 drivers have signed full-time contracts, which guarantees them 40 hours of work a week in its distribu tion arm. The firm provides both agency driv ers and distribution services.

Chief executive Nick Gordon said: “The changes in our contracts encourage driver loyalty, as well as developing opportunities for young people to enter the market. We believe we will be well placed when the Driver CPC becomes mandatory in two years time.” TRG Logistics has an O-licence to run 79 vehicles and 60 trailers out of four sites in Dunstable, Norwich, Felixstowe and West Thurrock.
