Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hi-Tech Heaters (Mfg) of Walsall has obtained the manufacturing rights of the catalytic heaters which it markets under the names Hotspur 500 & 1000. The heaters were produced by Ross James Heaters Ltd which went into liquidation in 1984 and Hi-Tech has obtained the rights from the liquidator.

Design has been improved. The gas control is now a black instrument button combining a dual heat position (mmdmin) with the fail-safe device. On the electric start models the heating element has been redesigned for improved ignition. In Europe an electric start (ie flaineless) is an essential requirement.

Hi-Tech believes the demand curve for catalytic cab heaters throughout the EEC suggests a good growth potential providing characteristic low cost is combined with safety, reliability and good design, and, says Hi-Tech, the Hotspur 500 & 1000 are virtually maintenance free.
