• Failure to attend disciplinary proceedings has led to the revocation of the International Licence for three vehicles and trailers held by P L Taylor trading as Taylor Transport Services of Crewe.
Taylor had been called to a Chester Public Enquiry before North Western Deputy Licensing Authority John Levin because of an unsatisfactory maintenance report, convictions for falsifying tachograph records, along with other tachograph and hours offences because of doubts about his financial standing and transport manager arrangements.
