• Tarnbrook, the company formed to take over the business of the now defunct Invincible Travel (Tamworth), has been given seven days to produce documents claimed to have been lost in the post, otherwise the renewal of its PSV operator's licence will be refused. In June the company was granted a licence for 12 vehicles for three months by West Midland Traffic Commissioner Ronald Jackson, on the understanding that when application was made for renewal accounts and documents including confirmation from the liquidator that there was no claim on Tarribrook's assets would be produced.
Managing director Sidney James said he had posted the required documents to the Commissioner's office personally and he could not be held responsible if the GPO failed to do its job.
