Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Following the recent launch of its 7.5-tonne quick-fit body range, Congleton-based Boalloy has launched a new fast-turnaround curtainsider body for 16-tonners called the One6liner.

The One6liner is available in two sizes offering body apertures of either 7.16 or 7.46m. Its body width is 2.5m, while the dear side-loading aperture is 2.28m.

To reduce weight and speed up building times, Boalboy has introduced a number of new features in the latest middleweight distribution body.

Subframes are made out of aluminium alloy, and crossbearers now have extra wide base flanges in inverted 'I' form to allow easy drilling and bolting.

By bolting, rather than welding, the body together, Boalloy says it will be much easier to repair in the event of any accident.

The use of aluminium has also been extended to the side raves which have special curtain clipping profile to provide a good weather seal and extra load security. By stres

sing the roof side members, Boalloy has also been able to dispense with conventional roof supports allowing greater loading flexibility.

Built-in rainwater channels have been included at both side and rear.

Three types of floor — all one-piece — are being offered along with the choice of either double doors or shutters at the rear.

Each One6liner body comes with a five-year guarantee and Boalloy says an average turnaround time for pre-order bodywork is five days.
