• Makita has added a ;eventh drill, model i071DWK, to its cordless )ower tool range. It has a variable speed facility, offering no-load speed of between 030Orpm, and a reversing facilty.

Features include an over load protector which automatically cuts out under prolonged heavy-duty operation, an electric brake for fastening convenience, a spirit level and a chuck-key storage compartment.

As with all Makita's cordless power tools, this screw-drili has a nickel cadmium battery; it is recharged in an hour.
