FOR THE second time within two months a Stockport haulage company's vehicles have had their air brake leads cut. In the latest incident four 32-ton artics were damaged. Detectives are now searching for the vandals after a driver had a near accident on a steep hill. The company, Onward Transport of Reddish, Stockport, has no idea who is behind the attacks.
