THE entire share capital of Louis Duforest International Ltd has been acquired by Ocean Transport & Trading Ltd, on behalf of its subsidiary, McGregor Cory Cargo Services.
Louis Duforest, which has offices and distribution facilities in Bradford, Leeds, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, Dover and Folkstone was previously controlled by James Fisher and Son Ltd. The deal is subject to audit.
