Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A truck driver was kilied last Thursday (22 May) after his truck crashed into a bungalow near Nottingham. A pedestrian was also seriously injured.

The 26-tonne Volvo rigid tri-axle truck, owned by Express Dairies, had left the A453 and was travelling towards Ratcliffe on Soar when the incident occurred. Two people were inside the house but escaped without injury.

One of them, Paul Grimely, says: We are very lucky, it was just the fact that we had come home late and didn't follow our usual routine, otherwise We may have been in the room that the lorry hit" A woman who was walking along the road managed to jump to safety but was taken to hospital with a broken leg.

A spokeswoman for Express Dairies says: "We are co-operating fully with the police and send out our condolences to the driver's family."

Witnesses should get in touch with Nottinghamshire Police.
