Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Irish Transport Minister, Seamus Brennan, has given assurances that there will not be a ban on 'Super Cube' trucks entering the country. The development was announced at a meeting last week with the Irish Road Haulage Association (IRHA).

The proposed ban on all 'Super Cubes'—vehicles above 4.65m in height—arose when it was revealed that the newly built Dublin Port Tunnel was unable to accommodate them. This in turn led to plans to ban the trucks from all roads in the country (CM1-7 May).

Jimmy Quinn, spokesperson for the IRHA, says: "There has been a really positive reaction to the situation by the people of Dublin. We have been out in the trucks showing them that there is not a dramatic increase in height, and their use will cut down on traffic and help reduce pollution,"
