Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WAS SURPRISED and gratified that the Press, which is usually the last to figure in a list of guests to be welcomed, was singled out by Ken Rogers, the RHA's retiring chairman, for first mention. This, too, on a day when the media (sorry about the word) had been roundly slated in Parliament for being too even handed. Ken, however, had nothing but praise for the transport Press.

He was also well disposed towards Aslef for diverting even more traffic towards road transport. Well he might comment that the association had enjoyed "more co-operation with British Rail in the past year".

Indeed, nearly all was, I gathered, sweetness and light in a leaner, more vigorous RHA.
