• Independent dealer group Sherwood Commercials has boosted its repair capability with a £300,000 investment in a new state-of-the-art paint shop and repair centre at the company's headquarters in Blackwell, Derbyshire.
Body, cab and chassis repairs are still handled by an existing Josam straightening system, while the new 20:Im (66ft) Bumtwood respray facility, which has two low-bake ovens, allows freshly painted vehicles to dry at 70°C in 45 minutes. Previously this would have been an ovemightjob.
