Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

r'HIEF feature of a new body built on a Commer 11-ton oil-engined chassis by Palmer Coachbuilder. Ltd., Twickenham Road, flanworth, Middx., for A. Saxby and Sons, Ltd., hauliers, 150 Shepherd's Bush Road, London, W.b, is a translucent plastics roof panel 4 ft. wide by 10 ft. long. The vehicle is used under contract to the Jaeger clothing concern for deliveries from warehouses to London shops.

Main framing is of Cuprinol-treated hardwood, reinforced with steel. The flooring is of softwood, the underneath of which is coated with bituminous paint. Behind the front bulk head is a 2-ft. 6-in.-wide door CM each side of the body, whilst at the rear there are two doors which when opened reveal an aperture 3 ft, 5 in. wide and do not project beyond the sides of the vehicle.

Sides are panelled in aluminiumfaced plywood. Four transverse chromium-plated robe rails arc fixed at cant-rail level. The cab seats two persons and the doors are hinged at the front.

The plastics panel was supplied to the bodybuilders, who drilled holes in it for the wood screws used to fix it to the timber frame. SeaTastic was generously applied, and a half-round light-alloy moulding was placed on the top along the joints.

The interior of the van is painted a stone colour, and the exterior in synthaic enamel to the customers' own colour scheme. Winking lights are fitted.
