Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Why on earth does it take such a terrible disaster like the deaths of those unfortunate, desperate people who came into Dover in that container from Holland before the powers that be do something?

Haven't the hauliers been begging for help to sort out the situation? Why don't they have some sort of X-ray machine or heat sensor to see what is in these loads? Maybe then those poor people would still be alive.

What's been the government answer so far? Fine the hauliers. How is that going to stop this awful trade?

The majority of hauliers in this country are honest and hard working people just trying to earn a living against sometimes impossible odds.

They really should be recognised for this and given a bit more help.
