• Solihull-based Airte Timing Tools has developed a range of timing tool sets for VW Transporter and IT models with the 2.4D and 2.5SdifTdi diesels and 2.51 petrol engines.
Because the crank pulley needs to be removed when changing their timing belts, and the bolts have a high torque loading, the kits include a crankshaft holding tool.
Appropriate cam and injection pump
locking tools and a tensioner adjustment wrench are also included, along with application details and instructions.
