Higgins as systems development manager. He was previously project manager at Manchester-based software consultancy, Hoskyns Group.
Terry Brace-Gough has been promoted to public services contracts manager, responsible for expanding Transfleet's public sector business. Bob Houghton has filled the newly-created position of engineering manager, handling vehicle and equipment specification, product liability and developing engineering services. He has worked at the company for seven years and was previously special projects manager.
