Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I READ David Wilcox's article, Express parcels (CM, June 1) with interest. However, I feel that Datapost had an unfair advantage over the other operators, in as much as you delivered your parcel to the Post Office, instead of phoning for a collection.

If you had done the latter you may have found the overall delivery time somewhat different, plus the additional collection charge of i2.50 would have put them in fourth place. Also, if you calculate from the collection time, Datapost come in eighth place with TNT coming first. Another test you could have carried out is with a heavier aud bulkier parcel, ic 25-30kg.

However, I considered this to be a very good report otherwise.
