A NEW Scottish company, Bell Rock Transport, has been formed by three owner drivers, James Traill, Doug Rennie and Alec Scott, in the Angus village of Friockheim. Their fleet of curtainsiders and flat-bed trailers will carry mainly foodstuffs between Scotland arid England.
