ANEW grease and oil solvent that is very effective in removing caked oil and sludge has been marketed by R. and J. Bow, Ltd., 21 West Nile Street, Glasgow. The new product i‘ called Oylsolv and is quick, efficient and easy to use. It can be brushed on to the item being cleaned and converts the oil and grease into a solution that can be flushed away with water, The solvent is also useful for removing grease that has been trodden into workshop and garage floors.

For the degreasing of heavy equipment and components, the parts can be immersed in an Oylsolv bath. A special basket is available for the dipping of small components.

Oylsolv Soluble Solvent is available in one-gallon cans and 5-, 10and 40gallon drums.
