The paragraphs are arranged in the numerical order of the stands, so that visitors may work their way through the implement and machinery sections referring to the paragraphs consecutively. A number of entirely new machines is to be exhibited for the first time, whilst nearly every exhibitor has some novelty to display.

DUNLOP. Stand 41 DtiNLOP exhibits' will include pneumatic tyres for horse-drawn vehicles, wheelbarrows, trucks and farm tractors. An item of particular interest is the Dunlop agricultural-tractor wheel with low-pressure pneumatic tyre. The use of tyres of this type allows the vehicle to be driven either on the land or on the road, and the rubber is expressly compounded to resist farmyard acids. The design of tread tends to throw off soil and mud and to prevent clogging. When extreme conditions are encountered, special Dunlop strakes can be fitted to the tractor driving wheels.

JENNINGS. Stand 47

AN interesting exhibit of J. H. Jennings and Son, Ltd., will be a

patent low-loading rigid-sided horsebox and cattle-truck. When used for carrying horses detachable padded partitions are erected. Accommodation is afforded for two or three horses. Both bodies will be equipped with detachable top decks, spacers, gates, etc., and are designed to conform with regulations. A further exhibit will be a patent low-loading general-purpose cattle-truck. SLINGSBY. Stand 51
