Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LYNX EXPRESS has become the latest company to join pallet network Pallet-Track. which started operating in January following a protracted settingup period and now has 55 members.

According to Lynx chief executive David Burtenshaw, the parcels specialist already delivers several thousand pallets a day. He says the move will allow Lynx to -provide a bulk pallet service for its customers who ship larger volumes of pallets".

Burtenshaw adds that the new service will be "distinct and separate" from the company's wholly owned depot network and fleet. It will deliver in the Oxford postcode area, hut will be inputting nationwide. Lynx claims this will boost its 6% market share significantly.
