Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHATA SURPRISE -the government has ignored road transport yet again in its transport plans. Five pages out of 139 is an absolute disgrace.

I've long since given up hope of the government ever waking up to the fact we are the lifeblood of the economy.

We don't have a choice whether we have to sit in a jam on the M25; we have a job to do.

The proposal to charge all vehicles in a bid to cut congestion is a welcome one, but it will be 15 years before this comes into force. We need action now before mine, yours, and everyone else's business is strangled by chronic congestion.

The only good thing that came out of the report was the promise to introduce a deposit scheme to ensure that foreign hauliers don't escape penalties something our European neighbours have been happily flouting for years.
