Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

good as louble drive for getting out if trouble but far cheaper!

HOW IT WORKS

Two rotochambers are mounted on the centre rear crossmember. When charged with air at 100 p.s.1 they load the operating forks which push down on the front ends and up on the rear ends of the spring balance beams. This transfers the load from the trailing axle to the driving axle. Final result? More grip where and when it's most needed.

The Scammell Load Transfer Device steers you clear of trouble, gives more grip where and when its most needed. The Scammell Load Transfer Device is designed to overcome momentary difficulties. It is not intended to be in operation continuously. Imagine reversing, fully laden, up an icy slope . . Or going forward unladen across

anything loose like gravel or cinders . Could be very tricky. Except when the driver, without moving from his seat, can simply transfer the load from the trailing axle to the driving axle. With the Load Transfer Device fitted on the Routeman II, you can get up to 24tons more traction ; unladen, ground-load at the driving axle is up by more than 1001" ! You want the full details? We've got 'ern. Just write or phone.
