AT a Press conference on the White Paper on Wednesday afternoon, Mrs. Castle revealed that in the process of establishing the National Freight Authority, the Transport Holding Company would eventually be dissolved. If the NFA progressed as planned, the problem of the expansion of BRS would not arise, she said, as it would already have become the road arm of the NFA.
The NFA, she promised, would give hauliers "the biggest run for their money they had ever had."
