L'OLLOWING the application by Mr.
W. H. Gray to operate a horsebox to .carry racehorses (The Commercial Motor last week), two more trainers have applied to the Yorkshire Licensing Authority.
Mr. H. Woodroffe, Cobb Farm, Easingwold, wishes to run a vehicle of 4 tons to transport bloodstock for breeding, racing and export as required, also to carry agricultural requisites. British -Railways and British Road Services are objecting., Mr. H. E. Whiteman, Place Newton, Wintringham, Rillington, requests a licence for a 41-ton vehicle, described as 'a horsebox and cattle float, to carry horses and cattle Within 20f) miles.
