Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CARGO INSURANCE will be changing in April, when Lloyd's reviews and simplifies its insurance policy forms.

To aid all those concerned with the movement of goods internationally, the Freight Transport Association is holding two one-day seminars in March at London and Manchester.

The seminars will explain in detail the new clauses, and highlight the changes in cover provided. The legal background to carriers' liability will be covered to show how cargo insurance operates. Other sessions will deal with how to avoid losses and the importance of packing.

The training sessions will be held at London on March 8 and at Manchester on March 10. The fee is £60 plus vat for FrA members, and £70 plus vat for nonmembers.

Speakers will be from the FTA and major insurance companies.
