• After two years of operation, the goods vehicle plating and testing scheme is to be the subject of a survey by the Freight Transport Association to see how it is working.A large cross-section of members is being asked to complete a 16-point questionnaire covering experiences and views and the results will be analysed by the Association's technical committee with a view to submitting a report to the Department of the Environment.
