Road Transport Association's activities and expansion of the services to members, a full-time secretary for Scotland is to be appointed, arid it has been decided that the divisional offices will be located in Glasgow. Situation of the offices will be announced in due course.
Mr J. 0. Hastie who has been secretary of the Scottish division on a parttime basis since 1946, will continue to act until a full-time appointment is made.
