Mit. H. ALLAN, of McNamara and Co. (1921), Ltd,, and 'Ma. R. B. STOCKDALE, of Motor Carriers, Ltd., Liverpool, who recently resigned from A.R.O., have now joined the C.M.U.A. and have been co-opted on the area committee of the Liverpool and North Wales Division.

Southend-on-Sea Transport Committee recommends the appointment of MR. H. Musotosr, South Shields Corporation's transport manager, to succeed MR. .BEN ENGLAND, the previous general manager at Southend, who has taken up a similar post at Leicester. The report in which the committee makes this recommendation has been referred back for consideration at a special meeting.

MR. H. J. If unsirE, who is a wellknown figure in northern trade circles, is in control of the two Bricovmo depots, at 183, Deansgate, Manchester, and 15, St. Paul's Street, Leeds. He has had 15 years' experience in handling Brico and Covmo products, manufactured by the British Piston Ring Co., Ltd., Coventry, and the C.M.D. Engineering Co,, Ltd., Warwick, and he will supervise the Bricovmo sales policy, covering pistons, piston rings and cylinder liners, in the whole of the northern territory.
