• New from American cargo restraint specialist Custom Dock Equipment is the UltraQuad winch which the maker claims provides enhanced strength and reliability.

Important factors include: a pawl/latch lock design with a two-tiered interlocking arrangement to reduce the risk of slippage and increase security; a reinforced high-tensile stamped steel mandrel with no sharp edges to damage fabric; the exclusive use of non-porous steel and the addition of rust and abrasion resistant surface protection to reduce paint chips and corrosion.

UltraQuad has been tested to load pressures up to 11.8 tonnes and customers can specify the winch in standard, low-profile, weld-on, bolt-on and track slider versions.
