AYes. The Traders Road Transport
Association scheme has now been put into operation. An operator pays 12s 6d for each card initially, and this allows him up to £30 worth of immediate credit for specified breakdown assistance, recovery and repair work. The cards are accepted by garages which are members of the Motor Agents Association and who are also members of this scheme.
