Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE RANGE of branded engine lubricants for commercial vehicles that is marketed by Esso has been completely revised.

Essolube HDX 20W/20 and 30 replace existing Essofiret HDX grades, Essolube HD 10W/20 and 30 replace Essofleet HD grades, Essolube HD lOW /30 replaces Essofleet HDX 10W/30 grade and Essolube D-3 10W, 20 and 30 replace Estor D-3.

In all cases the new lubricants are designed to give better performance than the old in the difficult driving conditions ex

perienced today and expected in the future. They are claimed to improve engine cleanli ness at both high and low temperatures; to promote considerable wear reduction and to have excellent anti-rust properties.

Essolube HDX grades are for use in all diesel or petrol engines, even in the most severe operating conditions except in the few cases where a Series 3-type lubricant is specified. Essolube HD grades are for use in all except the most critical diesel engines in normal working conditions and for older engines with high oil consumption.

Essolube. HD lOW /30 is for stop-start driving such as local delivery services and where multi-grade oils are preferred and Essolube D-3 grades are for use where Series 3 oils are specified.
