Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Tory Shadow Transport Minister.

A year in which Mrs. Castle proved herself to be the most extreme Left Wing and irresponsible member of the Cabinet. Her Transport Bill will bring an enormous increase in nationalization, will create a heavy burden upon the transportation costs of British industry and will do much to undermine confidence both at home and abroad as to the future of the British economy. A year, I hope, in which the Government's hostility to all forms of road transport will at least provoke a response from all those who recognize the importance of the continuation of free enterprise in Britain. The fight is on. I am confident that ultimately it will be won.
